Addie's multimodality, results driven approach sees her treating a vast range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions from high performance bodies to chronic conditions in your every day human.

With her extensive study in Myofascial Release therapies and Cranio-sacral Therapy through Pat Farnsworth and the NHA, Addie takes this whole body integration approach to treat far beyond "just the symptom," to alleviate chronic conditions by treating: The Mechanics and the genetic predisposition, Impact Trauma as well as an individuals Emotional and Nervous System Blueprint.

Addie quite often includes yoga plans and functional movement into her clients treatment process to extend the treatment plan beyond the table empowering her clients with tools and resources to facilitate in clinic and at home care.

Addie works with deep understanding of the psychosomatic impacts of trauma, chronic stress and nervous system disregulation on the body and offers a unique approach combining practices from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing to facilitate somato-emotional integration.
